Where to Begin with Longevity
Navigating longevity can be overwhelming and expensive - with so much conflicting advice, it’s hard to know where to start. Rather than chasing trends, I decided to focus on what impacts my body the most every single day.
The core essentials:
Air – We breathe constantly, yet rarely consider air quality. Clean air, nasal breathing, and proper oxygen exchange are foundational to health.
Water – Hydration isn’t just about drinking more - it’s about filtering, structuring, and balancing minerals for true cellular support.
Food – What we eat daily has the biggest impact on longevity. Prioritizing nutrient-dense, whole foods over fads makes a lasting difference.
Movement – The body is built to move. Regular movement supports metabolism, mobility, and longevity more than any biohack.
Longevity isn’t about doing everything at once. Take note of what you interact with daily - what you breathe, drink, eat, and how you move. Start by refining those essentials first, then build from there.
